Bleaching & Root Bleaching
1. FULL BLEACHING (FIRST-TIME BLEACH)
With a first-time bleaching, the entire hair is lightened. The bleach is first applied to the lengths and ends, as these areas are more keratinized and take longer to lighten than the roots. While the bleach is working, the roots are treated afterward. Thanks to the natural heat of the scalp, the lightening process at the roots accelerates, ensuring an even result. Processing time can take up to an hour – or longer, depending on your natural hair color and the desired level of lightness.
KEY POINTS:
✔ Hair structure & base color: The darker the natural hair, the longer the bleach needs to achieve the desired lift.
✔ Processing time & monitoring: The bleaching must be checked regularly to avoid overprocessing and damage.
